Because from the ethnological point of view the village in Transylvania, as those across the country, means settlement, farm and home, what we are interested in is to emphasize the cultural complex that includes occupations, customs, traditions and habits.

Regarding traditional occupations it should be noted that, due to the geographical area in which we find ourselves, the main occupation is farming (grazing, which brought home textile industry), and agriculture developed in close relation to the first.

We take pride in the achievements of the popular designer who managed, over time, to create objects that are valuable in their symbolic aspect as much as in their functional utility.

We are primarily aimed at broadening the cultural dimension by attempting to thoroughly study the lifestyle, with the beliefs and customs of their own ethnic groups and of those who live together with us, in this area of cultural interference.
